I almost never leave revies, but Fredi and his team deserve five+ stars. Better Construction Services is a small business and Fredi is quick to contact, did a great job on the quote (fixed a minor chimney issue for free) and had a good price. His team did not nickel and dime, replaced the skylight, added a power vent, cleaned up perfectly and got us a great new shingles and a ten year workmanship warranty + Owens Corning Duration shingles limited lifetime warranty. Fredi treats your property like his own and takes pride in quality of the work. My gutter guards were old and bent, he offered to replace them with new ones free of charge if I could get some from the store, which we did. The total job was well done. Fredi and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. They completed the project when they said they would and took care in the details of their work. They moved items that would be in their way and they returned them and cleaned the property after they completed. Fredi was great to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Fredi and his crew did a fantastic job. Great price and great service. They replaced multiple sections of my roof and replaced both my chimney caps. I have brick veneer siding around the entire house and Fredi redid all the spots that had fallen off over the years.Additionally I had construction material trash leftover from my 2 bathroom renovations and they even agreed to take that to the dump for me. Fredi and his crew did a fantastic roof replacement job. Initially scheduled over two days it was completed in one day, cleaning included. Fredi (Better construction) accept all types of payment. ho, forgot to add that Better construction gave the lowest quote. Thank you Fredi and crew for a job well and timely done. Fredi and the crew at Better Construction do a great job. He was responsive, gave good advice on materials and was fast. My roof is on a row-house that is difficult to access in downtown Albany. The crew was great to work with and did a quality job. I trust Fredi and would recommend Better Construction to anyone needing roofing.

Fredi and the team did a great job on our roof replacement. They came in with the lowest quote compared to other contractors with the same product and came in on-budget. The team started on time that morning and worked diligently to replace the entire roof in a single day. Fredi even corrected a siding issue that was causing some water damage by an entry door. We would highly recommend Fredi and Better Construction Services to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.
