What a joke of a bank. Wouldn't break a $100 bill because I wasn't a member. It's legal tender and I had to go to Price Chopper to break it. The reps in the bank on Albany Shaker were rude and told me I had to open an account because it could be fake (even though it was brand new and had all the markings it needed).

the Manager is rude she told another associate to charge me 5$ for a copy of a statement just because she didn't want to help ! went to Troy and they did it for free! place is as cold as the staff

Worst bank ever. This is just the Loudonville branch they are so undereducated…rude and are disrespectful….along with that they are dishonest….they asked me to provide more information, which I did along with calling, etc….no response, surprise, surprise!!!!
