Can’t say enough about the Donovan’s. Exceptional people. Exceptional service. Honest and considerate! They have been so good to my family and I and everyone else who takes their vehicles there. If you want to feel comfortable about the service you’re getting, and the price, go here. If you think it’s too expensive, trust me, you’ll pay more later. Solid people and crew. That simple.

It's understaffed, no one at the front desk to meet new customers. The layout is odd. In the beginning, they were not very communicative but that improved.
On the plus side, the prices were very reasonable and we'll probably return for the next car inspection.

Stopped to get an estimate, the owner finally came to the office after 10 minutes, as I started to tell him what I needed done, he cut me off to complain about his day then go on to say he's to tiered to do anything else. The job was pretty easy but apparently they got enough money they can pick and choose what work they want. Just from the bad costumer service I definitely wouldn't recommend here

My experience with Donovan's is always great. They take care of you as if you're extended family. Very respectful and friendly. Whether your there for an oil change or a repair. They will take great care of you and your vehicle.
