I have never before typed the words "rhubarb juice" into Yelp. Someday this elixir should be found at every 7-11 and Walmart, but for now you'll have to catch them at the Ithaca Farmers Market. Extreme rhubarb elitists who call this stem a sellout for its frequent duets with strawberries may scoff at the presence of apple juice, but moderate rhubarb will find these elements in perfect balance. I would have liked to try the brambleberry but on my upstate food bender I had to make some tough choices. But the fine beverage and the enthusiastic guy at the table added an extra layer of locavore awesomeness to the market.
