I've visited the Verizon store Lowville. Ty and RJ are absolutely the best of Verizon. Never let them go. Understanding kind considerate and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I hope i don't need help with my phone or service again but if I do these guys are so good. They helped me to continue as a Verizon customer
