New owner is terrible. Bad service all around. Avoid this place like the plague. Plenty of other, better 7-elevens around.

Went there to get a slurpee. Told cashier it taste bad. And I was getting a different slurpee in a different cup. Also the first slurpee cup had brown/black stuff on the top. I didn’t want the cup, he told me I still had to pay for the first one. And I told him to taste it in a new cup and didn’t even bother. Also I asked if there is someone else I can talk to but he said no. He is the owner, some young kid. I did not want to paid for the first one but did and payed for both. Horrible service.

The service at this 711 has gotten bad they got a new young guy instead of taking orders He’s taking personal calls. It took me 10 minutes to get a pack of cigarettes and they’re literally right behind him. They need to bring in a manager or somebody more serious. This isn’t the first time this is why I chose to leave a review today so management can take care of this issue before they start losing business.

I’ve waited to give the new owners a fair shot at running this place before making this review.
I go to this 7/11 every 6 mornings a week before I go to work. The lines are incredible and they only have one person on the register typically which makes no sense at 8am. The hot food is all room temperature and on several occasions the food has been out of date.
I don’t understand why a change in ownership and employees has led to such a decline in quality but I’m going to be changing my morning stop to a new location entirely.

I know these are new owners but after a couple of weeks, these people can't get it together. Last week 2x no coffee made at 6am both reg coffees was empty. This week no coffee made both empty. In the past 2 weeks I've stood on line 7 people or more and no clerk anywhere. This 7-11 is terrible.

They have had new owners for less than 24hrs and already the store is a complete mess. Door was locked at 4am which never happened with the old owners. There was no fresh coffee or cookies made. Every morning before work I have stopped at this location and have never been as disappointed as I was this morning.

at time i visited, it was not crowded which surprised me. but i was grateful. a bit messy at slurpee & soda machines, thats expected i guess from the crowd prior.
what was important to me, my Slurpee flavours were available, often times it isn't.
a great summer spot, if visited at the right time, for candy, salted snacks, sodas, & those wonderful Slurpees. especially when you want something affordable & different from what's available in a particular coffee shop

I’m only giving this store a 4 star because of the cashiers. I shop at this store almost every morning before work and the cashiers are always pleasant always with a positive attitude but for the manager he’s nasty his attitude needs to be checked.this morning I walked in the store and I saw a tray of donuts on the shelves I told the manager and she had an attitude about it and he put it back with the other donutsWhy would u do that who to tell how long it has been there.
