A la Carte Culinary Services, Ltd. is a cooking school and culinary service center founded by Polly Talbott in 1999. Originally focused on recreational cooking classes, the business has since evolved to offer private in-person cooking classes for 1 to 6 people, taught in Polly's own home. Polly is also the owner of ChowLingo.com, a program featuring language classes on classic cuisines, and her newest venture, Polly Talbott's Home Plate, which teaches other cooks to offer classes in their homes. Polly’s Cooking School was an amazing experience to gift to our eleven year old son and our whole family. We all learned something new with Polly’s recommended Chicken Picante dish. Eddie loved the multiple steps involved and we all loved sharing the meal with our new friend, Polly.

Found Polly on google and booked a private cooking lesson for my 11 YO Daughter and I. Had such a great experience! She explained so much including safety, cross contamination and of course the fun part how to cook! Would definitely recommend!

Recently had the opportunity to experience a personalized private class at A la Carte. Polly designed an adult beverage class around our requests and specifications.
