Our 2 grandsons participated in a week long (3 hrs ea) classes. They had a fabulous time and had an exceptional menu. I asked them to describe their experience in one word. Our 10 year old grandson said "Fantastic" and my 7 year old grandson said "Incredible." They asked if we could sign them up for another week.
A la Carte Culinary Services is a 21-year-old cooking school and culinary center originally focusing on recreational cooking classes. Since closing the space in Lynbrook in October 2020, it has blossomed into a consumer-oriented culinary advice center. Virtual and small private in-person cooking classes are available. Owner, Polly Talbott, CCP is also the owner of ChowLingo.com, a program featuring videos for language classes (in English) on the classic cuisines of France, Italy or Spain and Latin America.
