Recently came in after a loooooong hiatus with beau and his immediate family and my immediate family to celebrate our engagement because my dad was in from out of town and this was middle ground for all. Everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly and water service was definitely not lacking. Superior service by far. Inside reminds me of your typical cute Italian restaurant. I only wish that the parking situation was a little bit better but thankfully we were able to score a spot in the lot. Will we be back? Yes. Maybe next time we visit his aunt and uncle we'll recommend Piccolo's!”

“We were in Long Beach, NY for a family function and this is one of our go to place for breakfast when in this area. Upon entering on a Sunday morning, there was a line, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. This is your classic New York diner, and the food is as expected. The food is very down home, our omelets were cooked a little more than we prefer, but the food was good, loved the bagels and service was very good. This place brings back nostalgia and we plan on going back the next time we're in NY.”
“Omar is a highly knowledgeable mechanic who keeps my Toyota running flawlessly. He’s honest in letting me know how long the repairs will take and the person who orders parts orders them from the most reasonable supplier who provides quality genuine parts. “We've had our mortgage and a car loan with Chase and we were always happy to visit this location and deal with the branch manager Angel, or the financial representative Phil. We were so happy, in fact, that my husband and I recently opened bank accounts with Chase as well. Phil was so helpful in opening my account, and he called me a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly with receiving my debit card, and to make sure I was happy with everything and answer any questions I had. He called again to check in about our mortgage, and to see if there was any way he could help us lower our payments. Everyone at this branch is so friendly and welcoming. Other financial institutions I've banked with have called me a "member" but I never felt like anything but a number. The staff at this location know you, remember things about your family, and they really make you feel like you're a valued customer.”

“I must start my review with this info: I am a native New Yorker Baby Boomer who was born in Brooklyn and moved to Queens. I was introduced to bagels back in the 70's by my grandmother forward praying them home from her Manhattan job all the way to Freeport Long Island where they lived. We would be waiting up past midnight for my grandmother to walk in the house with bagels, lox, whitefish and cream cheese!! We'd have a feast that ended around 1:00 a.m. in the morning! With that said, this bagel place to see right back to those times. These are the real deal. Made the old school way. But you wouldn't know this if you were not someone familiar with a true NY bagel. The variety of bagels are amazing and the customer service is awesome. Long story short, if you are in Queens and looking for a real deal bagel whether- it's with butter or made as a sandwich this is the spot to go to... And they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!”
