He is bad. Go elsewhere. He lost a bunch of my photos that I can’t get back. I have traded in multiple phones. This is the first time I’ve lost photos.
I responded to the query below. It has been a month. Absolutely no reaching back out to me. I guess it’s my problem and they don’t care. See the customer service you get?

As soon as we walked in he made us feel welcomed. My wife is a great judge of character and she never made the (omg we got a jerk ) face. Energy does not get destroyed it transfers.
