I bought my wife a car at the beginning of this month from Audi in Lynbrook. Gustavo was the salesman who worked with me through the whole process and he was awesome. My entire experience was awesome. I was financing the car but my wife was going to be registering and insuring it so it was the typical sale and I took some figuring out on there end but between Gustavo and their finance department, they went to great lengths to make the sale happen and honestly they made me and my family feel important. It was sort of a surprise for my wife and Gustavo even went as far as having a bow put on the car when she saw it the first time. It was really a great overall experience and I can honestly say I would definitely buy another car from here. Thank you guys so much for all your help. We love the car and thank you so much also to the finance department the woman who set up the financing and handle all the finance paper work was also amazing everyone went above and beyond. We really appreciate everything you guys did!!

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE. AND TO BELIEVE I WAS BRAGGING ABOUT MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE ON HERE, SERVICE IS NOT THEY SPECIALITY AT ALL. DROPPED OFF CAR YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD POSSSIBLITY OF GETTING LOANER. THEN I GET THE TEXT ABOUT THE PRICING AND SINCE THEN RADIO SILENCE ABOUT UPDATES AND THAT IMAGINARY LOANER. AND ICYING ON CAKE THE $125 COUPON THAT WAS OFFERED FOR SERVICE MAGICALLY DISSAPPEARED. Really wish my car was in better condition I would have came and took it To FLUSHING WHERE THEY OFF 20percent SERVICE

I am so grateful for the wonderful experience I had at Audi Lynbrook. Coldit took exceptional care of me throughout the entire process of upgrading from my 2022 Q3 to a gorgeous 2025 Q5 Sportback!!! He listened to what I wanted, offered honest guidance, and made sure the car I drove home in was exactly right for me. Everyone at the dealership from beginning to end was welcoming and professional. Truly a five-star experience and would definitely come back to this dealership in the future!

Edwin was a Blessing! Very knowledgable and not pushy at all. This was my first time getting an Audi ( BMW CUSTOMER ) and i love the All-new Q5! I have Nerve damage in my finger tips so pressing buttons is an issue and with the A.I assistant in the Q5 i can control everything in the car with Voice commands! 10/10 Asia was amazing also!
