Mike and Tom were honest, transparent, and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they were willing to walk me through the repairs and explain everything, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work.
What impressed me most was the level of integrity and customer service they showed even after I picked up my car. When I had a concern, they didn’t dismiss it or make excuses. “This place is awesome. After a recent accident I knew that there was only 1 thing to do. Bring my car to Precision Auto Body. Yehuda and his team took care of EVERYTHING! They dealt with the insurance company (which is never fun), arranged for a rental, and of course fixed the car - better than new! It even came back cleaner than before.
Great people to deal with and NO one does better work. Accidents are never fun but Precision - in their professional and unassuming way - make a difficult situation - not just better - but exceptional. Wouldn't use any one else!”

“Great experience with the team here. I needed to replace a windshield on my Subaru Forester. They gave me a quote that was about half of Safelite. Joe who works the front desk was fast to respond. The replacement job with full calibrations took about 3 hours. The windshield looked good but my blind spot sensors weren't working, and I couldn't turn on the pre collision sensors. I went back in the next day, Chris walked me through to show the calibrations were working and it was just a user error on my end. It was the car system that had reset, we enabled it together and it was all working perfectly. They were very nice and professional to work with. Would definitely recommend this service!”

“By far the best auto shop I’ve been too. I can’t even convey my thanks to how far of above and beyond they went to help me. Mr Chris, was always extremely attentive, to the point, and always looking for the best and seamless way to make the customers transition as simple as possible. From getting dropping of your car, to getting you into your rental and vice versa. I know it’s usually standard for your car to get clean but most places do a quick “barely there” clean and it almost makes no difference. But they make sure you feel good picking up your car. “I have had 2 car accidents in the past year and I wouldn't go anywhere else but five towns collision. They are so eager to help, as soon as you make your first contact with them. They are professional, yet personable at the same time. They really know the ins and outs of the process and procedures when dealing with insurance companies. They have a great rapport with a local rental car company which makes the process seem more seamless. They never make you feel as if you are bothering them, even if you call several times. “Blue Chip Glass did a great job replacing the front windshield on my Kia Soul two weeks ago. The replacement glass looks just like the original. They did a perfect job. Very neat work, even down to the registration sticker being straight. The job took about 1/2 a day, which is just what they promised. They didn't mind dealing with Geico. Gary was great to work with. Mike is a trustworthy owner who earned my respect with the job that's was done. New moldings, recalibration, high quality windshield for an unbeatable price in alil over an hour. I am so happy. My sunroof had been leaking and a friend suggested this place.
I made an appointment for 9am and was greeted as soon as I pulled up. I love places that schedule and don't waste time. I explained my problem, showed video of the rain getting in the car. I went for a walk and was called with price, and in under an hour. The clogged hoses were cleaned.

“Came here yesterday- mounting, balancing and alignments for 4 new tires. In and out, no fuss no bull. To some it might sound weird as a review, but this was THE easiest time I ever had at a mechanic. There's about 25-30 mechanics in the same neighborhood and they ALWAYS suggest I get something else fixed (very annoying). Tony's was REALLY hospitable and quick. Will DEFINITELY come back.”
