The place is very unorganized, they don’t care about customers. They do not accept walk in but accept another customer when they are halfway done of mine. He told me I’m didn’t make a reservation. Staff is very unfriendly and place is very dirty. Not recommended!!! Run!!!

I have been going to this nail salon since last year, usually get a gel mani & regular pedi. But today, I decided to ask for this specific nail look to match my sister's teddy bear baby shower and do a powder gel. Amy met my expectations! She did a wonderful job, beary cute🐻❤️
Salon always look clean and the staff are all very nice. Love coming here ! Thank you Amy!

It makes me very sad to have to write this negative review. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years, going for a manicure twice a month, and a pedicure once a month. My regular manicurist is excellent and very sweet. I was going away and booked my regular manicure 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the owner named Ken comes over to me and says that she can not do my manicure and it's out of his control. I said to him, but I have an appointment that I scheduled 2 weeks ago. He didn't care. He just kept saying, I'm sorry. I have been coming to this place long enough to know the dynamics. Someone must have walked in and wanted gel tips - a much more expensive procedure than I was having, and he bumped me out of me out of my slot. I was furious and insulted. Someone else did my manicure because I didn't have a choice. I left there and called him after to complain. Again, he tried to tell me that it was out of his control. I told him that I had been a loyal customer for many years and after what he did to me, I didn't ever want to return. He couldn't care less. Now, I need to find another place to go because I refuse to spend my money in a place that doesn't value my patronage. I was happy going here for years. The owner, by what he did, told me that I had no value to him as a client. I'm done with this place.

I wanted to like this place but I'll pass or maybe try another person to do my mani pedi. The young man must have been in training because he couldn't apply polish to save his life. The other lady had to come clean up his work and reapply my polish. :/

I wish I could give this business 10 stars. I found it because I was nearby and needed gel polish removed initially. I had no appointment but they took me. The care she provided to remove the gel was astounding. Most places are rough and rush you out by grinding it off with that little machine. But she took her time and didn’t damage my nails and I was left with such a clean manicure I was shocked. So I booked an appointment for an important style. Gel-X manicure done by Nicole. Best experience ever. Gel pedicure was relaxing and still looks good to this day. Nicole took her time with the gel-x tips, choosing the perfect fit, perfect shape, perfect length. She did the exact design I found on Pinterest and I got compliments everywhere I went. I normally don’t cut my cuticle but I allowed her to and she caused me no pain but best of all, my skin did not peel off near the bottom of the nail as it used to when going to other establishments. I went back today and Amy gave me a relaxing gel manicure. Did I mention you get a neck and shoulder massage while you dry? Prices are not high and well worth it. 10 stars.

First time here and won't be my last. Highly recommend the pedicures. I just decided to get one randomly and I'm so glad I choose this place. I believe my girls name was Amy, she didn't skimp on the massage and the extra neck rub at the end was great. I'm attaching the spa pedicure prices because they definitely went up compared to another picture I saw posted on here.
