“I first spoke with a gentleman in September of 2021 regarding funding for my business. At first, we working on the file for about a month trying to get us funding. After a few attempts it turned out we couldn't qualify due to my credit but after a few follow ups and steps to improve my credit, we were able to secure a loan a few weeks before Christmas which was amazing and much helped by the loan officer that was in charge of my account. Without their help and their constant follow-ups I would have not been able to secure the loan and keep my company afloat. Sometimes it was tough with the calls but at the end of the day we got it done.
