He not only took the time to explain everything to me in detail, but he was available 24/7 for anything that I needed or had questions on. And they were plenty of those. He graciously gave me his personal cell phone to reach out in case I had any questions. He could not have made this process any easier from the beginning to the end and I highly recommend him for his services. “Our family is grateful for all the help and swift assistance. Nicole managed in a short time to arrange everything. All staff were accommodating, kind and polite! The space is very beautiful and dignified and brings solace. There is a designated parking lot across from the funeral home, water falls as you enter and a colorful fish tank in the foyer area. We were able to select a casket from their selection available to see in their basement area. Within a few hours staff came to pick up our father-in-law from the hospice and bring him back to the funeral home and have him prepared for the burial.”
