Terrible! I had an 11:30 appt for just a key fob. Prior to appt I was told it may take a few hours so planned on leaving the car if that was the case. Got there and was told not to leave but to sit in the waiting area. Was there 2 hrs, which included me asking after approx 1.5 hrs about status and told to continue waiting. I was finally told they were going to start working on it and would take aprox 30 more mns. Took aprox 40 and then had to wait to pay. In total I was there 3.25 hours. Unacceptable! Won't return to this dealership

I have never experienced such a rude person in my life ! I called for a simple question and she was rude and would not give her name. I never write reviews but to be treated like this is so unprofessional. I later found out her name is Nancy. I would never going here

Would like to give Mr Ogando 5 ?, first he treated me like a gentleman whole experience and kept his word he would give me a call since i had days off this week and my car had to stay due to check engine light issues. Hope Infiniti company is doing right by him he definitely makes the customer feel at ease and helps with the problem at hand. Awesome employee that’s there.

John Hart was incredible!! I got my car back the same day I brought it in after an emergency in the engine. 10/10 service will come back here. Also no loaners for those wondering.

When they first started, the service was OK. Service is now subpar. It feels like they are trying to do you a favor. Wasted close to an hour to find out they may or may not look at it while I’m there. They wanted me to make an appointment, but seem like a heavy lift for them to look into creating an appointment. I had to leave as it clearly seems to waste of my time . Now I’m heading to Infiniti at Bayside. Hopefully they can give me some service.

I have been to this location a few times now and I was taken care of like I was a family member. I have found the staff their to be friendly. I have NEVER felt uncomfortableWhile I was their at any time. That last service advisor that handled myAppointment name wasMr. Anil Raghu (Kevin)This guy is SOLIDI met him for the first timeThe last time I was their and when it was time for me to leave I felt as if we knew each other for YEARS.My visit before that my service advisor wasMR. RICO I don't remember his full nameBut I know his first name is Mr. RICO. I found him toBe a SOLID individual also.So far I am loving the service @ this establishment.THANK YOU GUYS.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Get rid of Frank and Kevin the worst 2 I witnessed Kevin taking the service paperwork n then putting it back after the customer waited for hours then claimed he didnt have the paperwork my phone camera caught it all a smelly curry eating lying sob.

This place is the best!! Amazing staff and if they promise you something they will see to it. I’ve had the greatest experience with the advisor Kevin and he always makes sure that I leave knowing everything and helps me in every way possible. I wont be going anywhere else but here for service that is for sure! I highly recommend this place!!

I went to this particular dealership on 4/21 and test drive the Qx50. The car was nice and drove well. I dealt with salesman Keston at that time. He gave me the price options and I told him I will think about it over the weekend. He said he will call me Monday morning to follow up. Monday came he did not call. I left him voice mail message on his office and cell. I was able to get a hold him before the dealership close that day. He was apologetic for not getting back to me. I told him that I want to revisit the price and discuss the car further. He was told me he can call me Tuesday morning to discuss. Tuesday came and went and no call from Keston. Very disappointing especially a luxury car dealership. Don’t leave potential customers hanging and stick to your word as far as following up with potential sale. I was better off going to a different dealership who respects my time and money.

Brought my Infiniti for Service and was greeted by my Service Advisor (Rico) who was knowledgeable and Professional. He greeted me in a friendly manner and we went over the mileage , driving patterns and my genuine concerns about my vehicle . Since most consumers are keeping their vehicles longer he was able to inform me what would keep the vehicle running efficiently and prolong the life of the engine while maintaining safety standards of the road .Wonderful experience !Services: Brakes

Parts was missing when they put the computer back ,they didn't remove the water and closed the floor back up. My car could have caught on fire. I'll never buy another Infiniti again on recommended to anyone

Sad to post this because I used to have good experiences here. Bought my vehicle in for service. It was left unlocked by either a valet or technician and that resulted in my Infiniti being vandalized on the inside while it was sitting on their property. They have no security cameras to watch over all these luxury vehicles people are dropping of under the false assumption the vehicle is in safe hands. Spoke to Lynbrook police they told me it wasn’t the first time they encountered an issue like this. When I went to check on my vehicle and get the loaner they provided the service manager asked me to put in a claim with my insurance. Told him absolutely not go ahead and put one in with yours. Flash forward to complaints with multiple Infiniti consumer affairs reps who would not listen to my complaints I finally came across a rep named Brittany. The part that was stolen was rushed to the dealer and installed but it’s going to leave me with a tainted car fax on a vehicle I bought brand new and have never been in an accident with.
