Chicken skin was the only thing seasoned in the bucket which included undercooked thighs. First time I ever had bad KFC. Aren't you supposed to get jelly with biscuits.

How you go to get a bucket of chicken for $10, the Tuesday special and they said they don’t have??? You’re a chicken place, how don’t you have chicken! This was after we waited for 12 minutes because they were only taking drive thru orders! Horrible service each time. I’ll continue to go to the Long Beach location.

Please do not eat here. I got food poisoning after. The chicken is either old or undercooked. Mac is horrible. Save yourselves and please read reviews before deciding to eat anywhere!

Extra crispy was horrible, pancake batter over kill. Chicken looked old as if cooked yesterday. Mash potatoes looked like grits but tasted like cardboard. They forgot the gravy and biscuits, so i had to drive back thru two towns to get what was missing from my order.I asked for half of my 16 peice order to be original and the half to be extra crispy, I got only extra crispy.The young lady was very polite and helpful but the disaster was done.Unfortunately I do fast food places like this once a year and this is why.Yours truly a very Displeased Customer.

The chicken served to me was old and looked nothing like what they advertised. I never had chicken taste so bad! It was bitter, waste of money waste of time. The garbage was disgusted that I threw that abomination in it! Yuck!!!

This location is warm and welcoming. Manager and employees have exemplary customer service skills. the food is made on the spot and served hot and fresh. the location is very well kept even for towards the end of the night. David, the general manager is really thorough and precise. you can tell that his staff has great respect for him. i could definitely see him managing a full district.

I don’t even wanna give this place any stars for the service. There is a woman that works there every night at the drive through, and she is both incredibly rude and impatient. She’s never been nice once. I’ve been here multiple times in the evening and she is either not doing any work at all, or rolling her eyes at me and the other customers. She’s clearly incredibly miserable, especially when she is actually forced to do her job while she’s at work (crazy). Aside from her, the rest of the evening staff is also lazy and they never pay attention to what’s going on. It’s a shame that the chicken here is actually decent, or I wouldn’t come to this location at all.They also need need to figure themselves out because every night I go there (including tonight) something is wrong with my order. I payed for an extra side and they only gave me one. Someone really need to shape this place up because it’s truly a disaster.

I spend over $45 dollars in food I paid for chicken strips and I received nuggets. The prices are ridiculous but still paid it and they can't give me my order that I asked for. The girl who took my order was great but the kitchen help can't follow a simple order my receipt says strips !!!
