We come here for my son's Futsal practice in between the soccer season! You can view the court at ground level or from above.

My experience there wasn't great few years ago, nobody attended to me, like they want a certain kinda people there...now these reviews makes me have doubts going there and confirmed what i thought then.

I have been a member for some time now. I just wanted to say that for 60$ the price is not bad for the gym. It is never crowded. I get a good workout in. Only thing i would say to improve on, is to bring a guest with you! Other than that. Sportime Is Awesome !! Also... a big big big shoutout to NICK. He makes sure the gym is clean and organized. He comes with a positive energy. God Bless him. Hopefully he gets a raise or promotion!!

I just started going to this gym a few months ago and I actually really enjoy this spot. The staff are all very friendly and have no problem helping if you need it.

It’s unfortunate that Sportstime and Carrie have to revert to stealing after their bad very much bad service of tennis for my daughter. This place is not worth your time or your money or any aggravation after three months they decided to charge me $932 for services that were canceled months ago. There was no communication from the staff zero communication, absolute fraud and theft for very bad service. Do not send your kids for tennis at this location at as it is very much a waste of time.

Sportime Lynbrook is not ADA compliant or did not care about my impairment. I have been attending this facility for several weeks an there was a folded chair present that I sat in off in the corner of room to watch my son play. Last week was different. I went to watch my 5 year old son play soccer and the usual chair was not present. I went to front desk to request a chair. I am 8 months pregnant, can not sit on a hard floor and they refused me the courtesy of using their folding chair while my son was attending soccer. I asked several times and I was refused. I was told that they could not let me use the chair even though several of them were unoccupied. I'm visibly pregnant and expressed that to them but they did not care.Update: I see GM response... It doesn't change the fact that this facility is not ADA compliant. I was never offered an chair downstairs (hence reason for review). You CANNOT see into area where the small kids learn soccer from bottom floor unless you are standing and most of the things the GM said is a lie and did not happen and he wasn't there. They may have a procedure, but it was not followed and his version of what happened is a nice fable. The soccer organization never agreed and spoke to me about anything. This is really sad. I requested several times to speak to the GM and requested a phone number to Corp, and they refused. I even provided my number with no call back. At least he checks reviews on the internet.

I have been a member here for years. The staff is very nice and the gym is clean, never crazy crowded. For the price this place is worth it.

Thank you for responding. Okay, *Sportstime will randomly and arbitrarily increase your membership fees at there will with a written notice. I have never gotten this notice but even with benefit of the doubt that they send them it still sucks that they do this. The issue isn't that there are kids working the front desk, it is that they are left with the manager responsibilities when there is none present, which in my experiences has been an overwhelming amount of the time. Maybe the employees are unaware of how often you are around because the best time to find a manager is always "tomorrow". If I'm understanding correctly, because sportstime strives for inclusivity, I'm incorrect in my assertion that I dealt with racism from the older Spanish lady that works at the front desk. That is beyond ignorant and completely ignores my experiences. I'm telling you one of your employees has not been doing what Sportstime strives for, so unless you have been there for every interaction I've had with her you wouldn't know, and obviously you haven't, and I find it quite insulting that you would tell me I'm wrong based when you haven't the slightest clue how that woman has treated me or other colored people. I'm not the only 1 star review, actually the majority of the reviews are 1 star so it seems like everyone gets the sportstime vibe as well. Cheap, does not give a damn about customer satisfaction or care, and allows racism under the umbrella of striving to be better. All and all not the experience anyone should want from their gym.

I returned to this gym for this first time in maybe a decade. I previously left because I got tired of walking in and seeing Danielle and Jason Groping one another. I see not much has changed. Instead of the attitude filled Bea walking around it's just more stink. Awful gym and horrendous staff. Go elsewhere.

My son just finished his first summer in the Junior Multi-Sport camp and he had an amazing time! He attended the whole summer and never wanted to miss a single day! We tried him in various other camps over the years but he would always get bored or unhappy after a few weeks. That never happened at Sportime. He made many new friends, learned a variety of sport skills, and had a blast! The camp director, Sharon, the camp counselors, and the activities specialists were always organized, responsive, pleasant, and engaging. My son can't wait to go back next summer!

They have taken over the reservation system for the Hempstead Lake Park, but it simply does not work. First, you cannot use their system on a phone, which is just unacceptable these days. Second, even using a computer, there is no link to input your cc data. You have to attempt to make a reservation, then it will direct you to the page for your cc. You add your data, but you will find that it didn't work when you go back to the reservation page. Endless circle: Reservation page, cc page, reservation page, cc page. Nothing. The worst.

My partner joined this club. After signing up including giving his payment information...his account was wiped out a day later. These people are criminals and should be prosecuted for member theft. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! Update: 1/13/22 The General Manager harasses the Caribbean tennis league all of the time for imaginary non-payment, including my partner. This is not right. The General Manager always places the Caribbean league on the last courts instead of the first two courts which is customary for league play so spectators can watch. Furthermore, the General Manager has gotten black instructors fired for once again...imaginary accusations. Avoid at all costs... these people are looking to place false charges on your account in addition to stealing from you at sign up.
