I give this business 5+. The work is impeccable! My SUV looked like it was brand new from a showroom. They went above and beyond on the cleanliness of the entire vehicle, etc. They came highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to you. If you live a distance away, they are worth the trip, to repair your vehicle! The worst customer service experience of my life. DO NOT take your vehicle there. Dropped my vehicle on 6/3 and was informed car would be ready 2-3 weeks 4 tops. Well.... I did not get it back until 9/1(3 months later) ...To add insult over injury, God forbid you demand answers... they literally said, "You crashed your car, we didn't" as if they were doing me a $30k favor. The customer service guy was completely unprofessional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Avoid them like the plague.

The service repair was beyond my expectations.. it was done within the time frame that they set. I previously left a 4 star almost 2 years ago and made an slight spectacle about why and whom led me to that reason.
However, I've requested their services yet again 1 year and half ago and this particular person that I will not name displayed an improvement since the first time that I dealt with them.
She also asked me to leave a review on here in which I said I would, but I never got around to it until now.
I did not forget after all these months and years although it seemed like I did.
I'm not one of those lying & satisfied customers who say that they're going to do something yet never do it. I loathe that type of hypocrisy because it shows up in other aspects of life. I digress, sorry!
Anyways, this service has ultimately earned their 5 stars and if there was 6 or 7 stars option for personal growth of said individual since the first experience, then I would give them 6-7 stars!
Self-reflection & Self-improvement are extremely important, hence why I religiously apply these terms to myself!
I hope all the best to the team!
P.S. I may leave another 5 star review from my other Gmail account soon regarding my second great experience from a year and a half

A careless driver almost totaled my car destroying the reader and side of my car. The collision star was a one stop shop, they listened to my original request and tried to see if insurance would total it. When insurance declined, they spent much time thoroughly getting the most money from insurance to fix my car properly, and only with brand name new parts.My car runs, and looks beautiful. I would always choose them.Thank you!

My Car was rear ended and dropped it off at The Collision Star for repair as they are Dealer preferred body shop. Dealt with Lisa and she was upfront and staff is fantastic.

Insurance paid 15000 for left tire area collision. They received the money. You would expect a prestine job. Nope battery was soooo loose my lights went off and was stuck several location before heading to work. Realized it was battery once my friend helped me. The wire to the back left tire where collision happened still loose twice.

Prior to going to this shop all the views was read. My car was in a collision and Hyundai recommend this location to work in my Auto insurance to fix my car. The experience from walking through the door was horrible inappropriate questions was asked by Lisa the receptionist, and was completely rude through out the whole experience. This shop over charge the cost to fix my vehicle which cost issues with my vehicle. While our vehicle was in their possession they vandalize the vehicle. There was a couple custom installations on the interior of the vehicle and they pulled it out without no acknowledgement to us the client. Their shop policy is to sign release paper to get the vehicle back. As we get the vehicle back notice the damages he inform them and show images. Their words are they NOT RESPOSIBLE AS PER PAPERWORK TO RELEASE VEHICLE WAS SIGNED. I truly do believe if my nationality was different the services would had been completely different. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL, THERE ARE MULTIPLE CLIENTS WHO HAD ISSUES WITH THIS SHOP STEALING THINGS FROM THEIR VEHICLE. My car was left with extra damages without any concerns.Service: Body & Trim

I used them twice. Once for a paint job, and once for body work when a car backed into my parked car. They were courteous, honest, helpful, and professional. The work was excellent. Lisa and Junior are terrific to work with and always informed me what was happening. They were right on time with their estimated delivery. Don't go anywhere else.Services: Painting
