I've had only positive experiences with tellers. The new management looks a little grim, eyeballing incoming customers instead of smiling and welcoming them, but I haven't actually dealt with them yet.”

“I appreciate the overall services of the Middleport & Lockport branches HOWEVER seems like 95% of time the ATM at the locations are OUT OF SERVICE to WITHDRAW MONEY and/or UNAVAILABLE to provide a RECEIPT. Worrisome to trust ATM machine to deposit proper amount of money without getting a receipt especially with how often it seems to be out of service.”
