The customer service was extremely poor. Despite arriving exactly at my appointment time, I had to wait over three hours to get a dock. The woman at the shipping/receiving desk was rude and lacked basic manners.

To the Top Management,
I strongly recommend training your employees on proper customer service and people skills. The lady at the shipping/receiving desk (sitting by the window, with no welcoming demeanor) displayed unacceptable behavior. Her attitude toward drivers was extremely poor, and there were indications of discriminatory conduct, which is highly inappropriate.
Please ensure she receives adequate training on professionalism, respect, and how to interact courteously with drivers. It’s crucial to address this matter promptly to avoid further negative experiences. This location has left a very poor impression for both deliveries and pickups.

Appointment was 11:00am arrived 10:30am got a door03:45pm check out 04:45pm more than 6 hours spent here I think it’s too much.

Quick loading and paperwork, friendly staff,restroom inside the main office, you can park overnight at morning they will wake you up at 7:30

They do not recognize outside vendors as anything important. They treat you and humanly especially the ladies upfront. They like to try to control you and then make you feel real small
