Since when is the post office not required to pick up your mail on a daily basis? I was told that the post office is only required to deliver mail not pick it up even though they're coming to my house to deliver the mail anyway. What do I pay taxes for again?

This is BS my mail lady use to come and bring all the mail and now I have someone else and my checks are going missing

This post office has beyond excellent customer service! The post master tracked my lost package, helped me file a missing package claim, and then he followed up once he received more information. The package was delivered because of this post master. I truly respect and appreciate the wonderful customer service!
