Bought a new battery and the salesman installed it in minutes. He was very professional and even checked my old battery to make sure that was the problem which it was. Would recommend this AutoZone for all auto needs.

My battery was dead Thursday morning. Went to AutoZone/Macedon for a replacement and free install. Dan was very busy with calls and other daily duties but took the time necessary to get me back on the road. No frustrated sighs or commentary.

I went to autozone in macedon to get a much needed rear wiper blade on my 2009 Kia Sportage. Jack informed me there was zero in stock nor any at the vendor. Jack and Cody did everything possible to try to make multiple other wiper blades work. I truly appreciated their extra effort. Thank you guys.

Young blonde kid behind the counter was not professional whatsoever. He was arguing with another employee while I was there. After asking him to throw out the packaging my windshield wiper came in he stated I guess so with a sigh. I felt like throwing the windshield wiper back across the counter and telling him I would go somewhere else. I would have done so if I didn't just spend $39 on it which is absolutely crazy for a windshield wiper

RICHARD really lived up to the short form of his name. Word of advice don't judge someone like my husband and treat them like a theif because of their haircut. We actually own a home locally but won't be back to this store no longer has employees with such rude customer service . Unacceptable treatment.

Naturally prices are too high but the service was great and Macedon area I bought some stuff the two workers that were there were great one worker helped me carry stuff out to my dump truck and the one worker got me a cheaper price good place

After spending 10 minutes in line due to other customers being idiots, I went up to the counter and asked if they still do the free battery installation. The kid immediately said no we're not doing it today, because they only had two people in the store. I counted four people in the store and two of them were out helping people put on wiper blades and batteries while two were on register. I would have waited but I wasn't given that option. I didn't see one person there over 25 so I don't know if anyone there was a manager but I should have asked for one. I will no longer buy at this chain store because of the quick and rude reply I got from 1 kid that clearly hasn't been trained in customer service.

Super helpful staff were willing to loan me a wrench to move a piece out of the way of my headlight assembly so I could get at the bulb. Who'd have expected I need a shop to change a bulb? Not me. But they were here to help!

Went into the store and picked out the wrong wiper blade. Store wouldn't help me or return the wiper so I could get the correct one. Very rude and have had always had issues at this store. Never going back

The worst I come in for a gas cap today an hr ago i know the one im looking for is about 22 bucks this guy can't find it and tries telling me it's the only kind for my vehicle which I know for a fact it's not cause I buy the same one cause it's a better fit so my check engine light doesn't keep going on so sure enough I go to the auto place in Macedon plaza and boom right there so either the guy here is an idiot which is likely or doesn't know his job also walking in some dbag outside is giving me a dirty look smoking a cigarette only to see this guy come in and walk behind the counter he literally works there too im like are you serious smoking right outside the entrance highly unprofessional so yea this auto place is a dump so word of advice anyone reading go anywhere but this one because of all auto places all over wayne county this is by far the worst
