“Tom with Deiure Detailing did a great job and helped me out of a pickle. My wife needed to transport some coworkers on short notice and I had injured my knee earlier in the week to the point that I wasn't up to getting my truck cleaned up on short notice. I called a few other detailing businesses and they were all booked up for the next 10 days or so, but Tom was able and willing to come out the next day and do an interior and exterior detail. It looks amazing and smelled clean and new! He transformed my truck in my driveway quickly and efficiently, leaving nothing but a sparkling vehicle behind.”

“Had a few tricky customer service issues. Called over and got in touch with this location’s general manager, Matt. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was patient as we worked through the issues and more than fair with how he rectified the situation.
The location is clean, the prep guys wash out my wheel wells frequently, and the vacuums always have good suction. As a frequent flier of GO and having visited every location in the greater Rochester area, Victor is THE location to go to for a wash or any other needs!”

“First few weeks with the membership and it’s been nothing but amazing so far. The license plate scanners are quick. The prep crew is attentive and takes the time to clean your vehicles any major dirt before the actual wash. The soap smells really good! My vehicles come out clean and looking like new every time. The vacuums suck really well. The fresh towels are nice for wiping everything down. Cannot recommend my experience at the Farmington location enough!!”
“I am so impressed with the young man who was working the car wash today, May 28, 2024 at 9:10 am. Even though I paid for the lowest priced car wash, he took such extra care to rinse my car before going into the wash. I hadn't gotten my car washed in a while so he was observant enough to see it really needed it.
I've seen this employee working at Malcho's for several years now and he always does a great job. Hold on to him and give him a well deserved raise!”

“Joe's is always our go-to late at night..early mornings..most of their employees are very considerate and pleasant..always have an open ear, especially when you're a "regular"!! They have an easily accessible entrance/exit, with one allowing you to pull out and go up to the light, do a quick (and legal) u-turn, to jump back onto the thruway??”

“Went there for a quick vacuum, 1st machine had no suction. Second machine was out of order, third machine worked with mediocre suction. These guys havn't caught on about free vacuums yet... however the facility was clean and the garbage cans were not overflowing with peoples car/truck rubbish”
