The Macedon CVS is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While the front-of-house operations are generally praised as "amazing" with "great service, convenient, friendly and awesome," the pharmacy side of the business seems to be a different story. Many customers have reported negative experiences with the pharmacy, describing it as "terrible," "not convenient," and the staff as treating customers "like an inconvenience." There have been issues with prescription fulfillment, with one customer sharing a frustrating incident where one medication was filled while another was not, and the pharmacist appeared "bothered" by the customer's presence. However, not all pharmacy experiences are bad. Some customers, like Matt and Amy, have been highlighted for their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers. One customer even expressed hope that Matt, a calm and friendly pharmacist, would remain at the Macedon store for a long time. Overall, the Macedon CVS seems to be a mixed bag, with the front-end operations running smoothly, but the pharmacy side often falling short in terms of convenience, efficiency, and customer service. While some exceptional employees have been praised, the pharmacy experience seems to be the weak point for many customers.
The Macedon CVS is one of the most efficient and helpful CVS stores I’ve been in. We had our flu shot done so nicely, numerous prescriptions filled promptly and had very positive experiences at the checkout.
