All day dumb idea to close a pharmacy at 7pm. Some people Don’t even get home
From work until 7pm. Your driving business else where. We just got Released from from hospital & cannot get the medication for the night. Awful.

I don’t feel the pharmacy staff have you in their best interest. They don’t go out of their way to find something they don’t carry for you. I am allergic to yellow dye and they didn’t try to get alternatives without it. \ Today the woman (Shara) was very rude. If she can’t leave her bad day home, she shouldn’t be in customer service. \ I am VERY close to switching my pharmacy to Walgreens.

After years of using this pharmacy, they must have hired some very inexperienced people in the pharmacy department!!!! After having them fill my husbands prescription twice, I went to pick up the third refill, and they wanted to charge me $14 more than the previous week!! Then it was lie after lie after lie about it, and they refused to call the pharmacy number of my insurance company!!! I switched over to Tops pharmacy, had more issues, finally took the prescription to Walgreens, and guess what, no issues, and the cost? The normal $1.12!!!! Here’s just a few of cvs’s lies: ur filling it too soon, we didn’t get a rejection claim (because my insurance company said they never filed one!) ya need to have a 30 day supply! Hey, why did u have no issues whatsoever filling it the previous 2 weeks?!! Oh wait! Idc y, because I’ll never use ur pharmacy again!!!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
