Robert Monroe was personable and friendly. He understood that I was not well-versed in Texas. He was patient and answered all of my questions, and there was many. All and all, I had a great experience, and was happy with my return. I will go again. And the convenience of being in Walmart is awesome. One stop shop lol thank you!!

I had the friendliest an most patient man named Mr Robert who did my taxes here.. I had 8 different w2s and he was so nice. Great man. I owed the IRS, but he made the experience less stressful. Great service.

I had an appointment at 12:30pm. I sat waiting for 30 minutes, no one was even working. I tried calling and it only connected me to the empty office that I’ve been waiting at. I will not be returning. Completely unprofessional.
