“I was in need of a groomer for my chihuahua/yorkie Molly, and decided to try Pet Supplies Plus Penfield. The appointment was easy to make online and there were many days and times available. Another place I called was booking in September.
Elli, my assigned groomer, was very thorough in her approach to finding out what my preferences were, seeing that this was Molly's first visit. She was very knowledgeable in grooming and made suggestions that might work. It took about 10 minutes for us to come up with a plan. Elli also said that when she was finished grooming Molly anything I wanted different she would do her best to change it.
It took about 1.5 hours and I was very pleased with Molly's grooming. Again, Elli was very good with explaining what she did and documented everything so the next appointment would achieve the same result and I could change whatever I wanted.
Excellent job, Elli and additionally the other groomers working were very personable and looked as though they enjoyed what they were doing.”

“I have 3 fleece shirts from here. Bought them in 2022 and they’ve all held up really well.
I bought 1 in store and loved it so much I ordered 2 more from the website so I could pick the fabric. The sizing was consistent and my dog gets so many compliments in them. Very dapper.
Our lab is getting old and is often cold. He wears these outside and around the house, on their own or as a base layer under his Hurtta coat, for really cold walks.
I also have a bow tie from here and he wears it every Christmas.

“I stopped in around lunch time today, 11/3/2025, to pick up a big bag of dog food. I had my baby in her carrier in one hand and the dog food bag in the other and every single employee that I saw in the store offered to help me carry the bag and/or hold the doors open for me. That's rare these days so it was really appreciated to see helpful employees at a place of business!”
