“I’ve used this store for ages because it’s right around the corner from me. We had a family member unexpectedly go into the hospital, & in the chaos, we ran out of dog food. I placed a curbside order to be able to grab on my way home, but due to some unexpected updates at the hospital, I left later than planned. I was crossing my fingers I could make it prior to 6:00 to avoid having to go to a different pet store in Victor for our dogs food. I ended up arriving at the store right at 5:59. (Closing at 6:00). I absolutely *hated* being that person, but it had been a rough week. I didn’t grab a name, but the younger guy working was so kind and compassionate bringing my order out to me right at 6:00. I apologized up and down for being that person, and he was so kind. Having worked retail prior, I know how much you want to close up right on time. This week just got the best of us, and having such a friendly face after a tough day was much appreciated. If you can find out who was locking up at 6:00, please thank him for me! I didn’t want to go into all the details with him, but his kindness was the highlight of a very rough week.”

“We came into the store to buy two gerbils for my son. We visited a couple times to scope them out and spoke with Emma both times. She was SO sweet and SO helpful. My son had lots of questions and she was really knowledgeable about gerbil care. I really appreciate her help and patience - it made for a special day for my kiddo!”

“I love to feed the birds, squirrels, chipmunks and any other critters that wander onto my property, so I'm a bit of a regular at CountryMax. I am a member of their Bird Seed Club so after every so many trips I get a free bag of bird seed, which is nice! I usually visit the one in Farmington because everyone there is so friendly and helpful. In the spring I also purchase many seedlings for my garden and they always bring lots of harvests. I love that I can bring one of my dogs into the store with me and they are greeted by staff as well. I've also had staff offer to load my car up for me as well. They have a great selection of feed for any animal and I love all their bird feeders and bird houses. The last time I went they even had canning products. You never know what you'll find.”

“Great store for propane refills. The price is better than most and the service is fantastic. They have a good selection of yard work tools that may cost a little more than Walmart but they are solid tools that won't break on you. Awesome selection of pet foods and animal bedding at a reasonable price.”

“I'm 34 years old. On my 7th birthday I adopted my dog April (then known as Chloe), a black lab / Brittany mix, from Lollypop Farm. April was a young puppy at the time and lived 14 years from the date of her adoption. She quickly became my best friend. In fact, at some times during my childhood, she was my only source of comfort.One of my favourite memories is how she would walk down the hallway every night, stopping in every bedroom of the house to make sure every member of the family was okay before walking back to her crate to go back to sleep. To this day, I have never met a better dog.Thank you for making that possible, and I'm glad to see that you're able to continue that mission all these years later! “I love that petsmart has an area set up for adoption days to help animals find their fur-ever homes. They even rent the space out to different humans societies and shelters! Also, I LOVE THAT THEY ACTUALLY DONATE the goods they have that would otherwise get thrown away. Unlike petco! #FPetco”
