There have been times when there were only 2 roller items stocked, problems with the fountain soda, and issues with the slurpees. Overall, it was a relaxed environment for us customers.

Sam is a star employee. Went there on Christmas Day, and ordered a pizza. Though she was ridiculously busy, she had nothing but a smile on for every single customer while running around all over the place. She is 5 stars any day of the week.

I came in ten minutes before closing looking for food. instead of telling me they were out of food which you would’ve been well within his rights to do, he made me some fresh taquitos and tacos. Much appreciated!

Been coming to this gas station for almost a decade. Everyday I get gas or snacks, etc. Every week someone new is behind the counter. Totally undertrained,( because they state that they are.) Everytime I go to check out, I'm hounded about speedy rewards. The last 10 times I've been in here the card readers have been down 4 times. I needed ice tonight for a hematoma on my leg, and Walmart was closed and this is the only gas station near me.But honestly what really chapped me, is I brought my 5 year old in 2 days ago to buy a candy bar. We get to the register and my little girl says, Hi, i'm Rory! What's your name?! (With a big smile on her face) And the cashier didn't even acknowledge her existence and started a conversation with someone who had been on the side of the cash register since the moment I got in line.I'll be making sure that my wife and I fill up our tanks elsewhere and never come here again. Nor buy snacks or anything else from this place. Pissed beyond measure.

Invest in the card readers on your pumps. I have left no less than 5 times (I drive a full size truck... $75-100 each time) because your card readers didn't work. Worked fine at Valero down the road. The staff is always excellent but gas pumps suck.

SPEEDWAY GIFT CARDS DO NOT WORK ON YOUR PUMPS. Tried 2 pumps, card read error. Went to Canandaigua Speedway works fine. So it wasn't me. Fix your card readers.
