extremely unhelpful..... they send you around and around on the phone, hang up on you, and then tell you that even though you have provided all necessary information via email and phone, they need the actual physical copies. Tanya at the 855 number put me on hod twice and cut me off. called back got switched to the Location manager, Gary, who basically said, too bad..... I know the prices are good here, but not worth the hassle of dealing with unfriendly, unhelpful folks. Oh, and you cannot sign a lease for this location online, it must be done in person, and there is no manned office.

Safe area and large storage units. I moved this past weekend and the whole storage unit area was covered in ice and snow so just be mindful that there isn't snow or ice clean-up done by the property

I rented a 10x30 unit for a few years and the storage mall was very easy to deal with and never an issue with the facility. The price increased a few times during the years but with covid hitting and the economy the way it was and has been, it was expected. And it didn't rise too much. Good place and recomended

The price just kept going up and up. while the facilities never changed. when to get stuff after it had snowed, my unit was plowed in. went to cancel but they still charged me for the full month AFTER i had all of my stuff out prior to the first of the next month. refused to refund charges. i do not recommend, nor will i ever us them again. Store at your own peril.

This is a multi-use facility. What brought us there was the Youth Sports Depot located on the eastern end of the building. It has basketball courts and an indoor turf field for soccer/baseball/field hockey, etc. Very nice place and very clean all around.
