The website lets you make appointments past the time the office will accept appointments. Appointments stop at 2:45. Need to fix their website, very misleading. Staff were very polite.

No line when I went in. Both employees were pleasant, and took the time to explain what happened with my post (somehow the address only had my name and apartment number but not the street address, so I didn't get the envelope and they couldn't find it at first in the office, but the tracking number did have my address attached so I got a notice about my letter being at the post office).
Never felt condescended to or like I was an inconvenience for getting mail. Interior is very standard for a post office. Entrance seemed to be easily accessible for wheelchairs.

they are very polite, i sell clothes online and ship one by one and they are always very patient with me and even offer to help me with packaging!

Dawn is incredibly sweet, kind and patient! I was half asleep delivering a package this morning and she helped guide me through the process so calmly and smoothly! She even ran out of the office to hand me the tape that I forgot. Just before she had been politely helping a customer with a heavy package. We are lucky to have Dawn in this community!??

We sent out a lot of thank you cards and forgot a stamp. So instead of putting the missing postage sticker on literally any other place of these custom made to order envelopes they placed it right on our guest’s name and address so not only do we have to order 1 replacement we have to pay for the minimum order. There’s no excuse for that it’s just rude

I order baby chicks online and they get delivered to my local post office and this location happens to be my local post office. When researching ordering chicks online there was a lot of negative feedback about how post office employees handle the chicks, or where they place the box upon arrival because the are peeping and some may find it annoying. Well, I am happy to say that my experience with shipping chicks, and having them go through the Macedon post office has been great. I feel like the employees respect that they are living little baby peeps even if they might be a little loud and involve extra time and care.Peepers say thank you Macedon post office for the hospitality
