Got into a relatively minor accident, ended up going through insurance and auto collision center was recommended to me. I can say they were definitely recommended for good reason! Victoria in the office was very patient and helpful, I ended up running a few minutes late and she hung around after closing to get me my paperwork and wrap things up. The work they did was absolutely fantastic, not only did they replace the exterior parts that were damaged but they did a nice clean up on the inside (which is a little embarrassing, realizing how much it needed it). Although I went through insurance, I felt there prices were reasonable even if I wasn't using insurance. I can't recommend them enough! A true 5/5!

They made an extremely stressful situation turn into a positive. They handled my stress over the whole accident with such grace and respect even if I may have called one too many times. Every staff member was completely accommodating and caring to my concerns and needs from the second my car arrived to the day I was able to drive it home. Needless to say my car repair was beautifully done and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in a situation such as mine. The owner was extremely respectful and understanding of my worries with repairing my damaged car, and their proximity and close relationship with Enterprise was essential in the process. I hope I am not in a situation where I need their services again, but they would definitely be my top choice.

Lana and Bob are the top shelf people at the helm who treat you the way you’d want to be treated. They’re knowledgeable about every aspect from insurance, parts, costs and most importantly what’s best for you.
When you’re already stressed out to the max, this is the place that you want to be at. Lana and Bob work in tandem to make your experience seamless.
Nobody wants to have a car accident, but when it happens it’s comforting to know that Auto Collision Center on Route 6 in Mahopac, NY is there for you.

This is the second time I’ve worked with this family and they are fast and professional. First time I hit a deer with the Impreza, second time got rear ended on the jersey turnpike with the forester. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns about using oem Subaru parts even though Allstate was not “putting us in good hands” either way they got it done with factory parts and even fixed a scratch that I caused in the past for free. You guys are awesome!

They had my car for 2 weeks and when i got it back it felt worse than when i dropped it off, not sure if they even test drove it after making the repairs they claimed to. Woman in the office was very rude as well. Would not recommend.
