Absolutely love this salon! The location is gorgeous — sitting in the chair while gazing out at Lake Mahopac is about as relaxing as it gets. Even better, Margaret worked her magic on my hair. She asked questions and listened to everything I said and the color, the style, everything was perfect. She’s not only incredibly talented but also so fun and easy to chat with. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I called on Valentines day at 1:30 (super last minute) looking for a same day appt for a blowout. This was the eighth salon I had called as no one else had availability and I was starting to lose hope in getting an appt. Eva happened to have an opening at 6:00. She was so nice and gave me a beautiful blowout. I am so happy I found blue remedy and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Everyone is super friendly a and courteous. The inside of the salon is very relaxing. You will not be disappointed! live over an hour away now but travel to have my hair done by Jess.

I wanted to leave a review for Jessica who gave our boys their first haircuts today. She was gentle, she was kind, she was attentive and patient. We were apprehensive since hair washing always caused trouble at home. Not one tear was shed! Instead, our boys expressed their enthusiasm with smiles and radiated confidence. Jessica, you did a superb job today and we thank you for making this experience a heartwarming one. We will definitely be back to see you!*Edit* I also want to shout out the lovely staff present today. Everyone was very nice and made this an overall great experience.

I am happy to write this review for Blue Remedy Salon. I had a haircut, color and blow out twice now by Jessica, and I love it! She fixed a bad haircut too and also seems to really care about the condition and health of the hair, which I appreciate. I am so grateful to have found this place. The products used are Aveda, which are healthier and cleaner for the planet. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful and Lorianne’s shampoo is so relaxing! My hair never looked better. I LOVE this salon. Great cut and color by Jess! Everyone is super friendly and the layout out is beautiful. I have really curly hair and Jess gave me a bob cut that looks great blown out or curly. Highly recommend

I always get compliments after Eva does my color. Either funky or more natural people have come up to me and asked who does my hair. Salon is clean professional and the atmosphere is calming and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and even better results!

Patty gives the coolest haircuts if you want to go hip. Eva is a really good colorist. Not cheap on the wallet, but you come out looking like a Queen.
