Asked to use the bathroom for my child and was told NO….because they keep supplies in the restroom- It’s a NYS law that if a store has a restroom for employees, they have to allow customers to use it! The board of health will be notified, I hope you have all your MSDS sheets on site cosmoprof !

If I could give zero stars I would. As I walked up to the door around 1:30 today, an employee locked the door in my face and told me they'd open again at 2 and walked away. Being that I needed supplies, I waited. She was extremely rude. When the door opened again at 2, there were 2 other employees working who were also rude and did not once greet me or the other woman patiently waiting outside. As I checked out, my products were plopped in front of me like garbage. For a company that is meant to supply those in the beauty industry, you'd think there would be better customer service as well as a better understanding of the fact that we base our schedules around client appointments among other things. If it is a daily thing that they plan to close the store midday, I suggest a proper sign and putting it on the website so no one else wastes their time.

Very disappointed! I walked in,and they did say hi. There were 3 of the employees standing at the register, and no asked if I needed any help. They were all on they’re phones talking amongst each other. So I actually thought I would be bothering them if I asked for help So I paid for my stuff and left. I will go back but it’s only because there is not another one that’s close to me.

When I walked in the door Christmas eve afternoon they told me they were closing in 6 minutes so I went to rush to get one of the things I needed did not see it ask them about another product I was looking for and they were very helpful they were ready to close but still did not try to rush me out of there and the girls that were working were extremely polite and very pleasant.

Great customer service, great prices, unfortunately not everyone can shop there, unless you have a hair dresser license, that should change

I was just in there couple of min ago it's one the worst place i have ever walk in to the manager was the nastiest person not helpful at all I had ask a question all she did was just Stand behind the counter giving the dirtiest look I don't know how this girl could be a manager she has no costumer service experience at all very disappointed I hope this place goes out business.. i wish I could give ZERO
