The WORST pharmacy ever. If I could give them no stars I would. Miscounting/missing medication tablets on more than one occasion. They said they double check each other so most likely it wasn't them. One girl told me I should coulnt my pills before I leave! Scarry, one of those meds was even a controlled substance!
Another time meds were sent home with NO LABEL!! I called to alert them re this horrible error and was instructed to put the label on myself, that it was attached to the paperwork inside the bag. No way was I doing that!!
This pharmacy is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Be smart...go elsewhere.

You can tell that the staff is overwhelmed and lack of management is very visible. Every employee in the store was talking horribly about the store and upper management. Making fun of the commercial that CVS cares about the customers, even though I waited 38 min just to pick up a prescription.

Went to get scrip, got there and was in line at 1:29. Lunch is at 1:30, they did not help me. I asked where the sign was and it's located in the front outside the door. Where you just walk passed. Anyway, as I was leaving the pharmacy I said, :thanks alot, I needed my allergy meds for my trip" then the man at the register chirped back and said, your welcome. That was when I hit the fan. So leaving for vacation without my allergy meds. Should b fun! Changing my pharmacy right now.

Rudest woman to answer the pharmacy line. To whoever you are... why are you working in customer service? Find a new job and stop being so miserable! I was on hold for 30 minutes and still have to deal with your unprofessional attitude!

One of the weirdest shopping experiences I had. I don’t understand why the allergy medicine needs to be locked now. A manager or associate unlocked it and proceeded to lead me to the register which I found odd. The worker then proceeded to tell me”Jesus loves you and cares about you” I was flabbergasted. I found that to be unprofessional. Who is she to know if I’m religious or not. As someone who’s not, I don’t appreciate Christianity infiltrating my shopping experience.

I have read complaints about CVS - I have been going to Lake Mohegan and Mahopac for many years. I have found them to be consistently helpful and very polite. I have heard some customers loose their cool with them - over issues that the employees have no control. I have never heard one speak back.
