I haven’t been here in almost 10 years and I decided to go in for a pedicure and it was great. The girl was really thorough and took her time to do a nice job.

I went here today to get a pedicure and it was hands-down one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten!
The staff were lovely and greeted me when I walked in. I did not set up an appointment prior to coming in, so I was not sure if they would be able to take me. I asked and they were very kind, telling me to pick a color and took me to a chair right away. I did the regular pedicure and it came with a complimentary 5 minute leg massage and hot stones. The lady doing my pedicure was very sweet and did an amazing job on my toes.
The regular pedicure was only $28 plus tip. The lady thanked me for my tip and the staff told me to have a nice day as I was walking out. I’m very grateful for the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back! 😊

I went to this salon based on a recommendation, unfortunately, I did not have the same experience that my friend did. Owner who did my nails acted like she was doing me a favor, she actually said 1/2 way through the manicure I should go next door to another salon next time. She was rude, the powder dip hasn't lasted a week, broken and chipped, so disappointed. The glue was all over my finger tips when I left, the edges of my nails were rough and unfinished. When I asked if she could clean up the edges and glue Grace said no, it will come off! This place was VERY disappointing, waste of money and time, I will take the owners suggestion and go to the salon next door, NEVER again.

They are clean, professional and accommodating. The 1st time I scheduled an appointment, the technician, Ann was amazing! That has never happened before! Usually, the 1st time at a nail salon, you try a few before you are happy and stick with your forever person. Not here! Everyone is incredible and I noticed this b/c every technician was someone's forever person!
Requested style: Everytime I ask if my technician is available, they accommodated me. Whether it mean they close their salon a little later or fit me in, between their schedule, I ALWAYS feel like my happiness and convenience matters.
Cleanliness: Very clean, spotless!
Stylist: Ann is the only tech we've used but every client seemed happy at the other stations with their technicians.

They charged me $10.00 for a manicure on my little 3 year old girl that wanted a manicure! And all they did was put polish on them, no hand cream or cuticle cutting, NOTHING! Money hungry and they don't care about our community!

-Google says they close at 7pm on fridays -Sign on the door says they close at 7 fridays I go in at 6:05 for regular pedicure As soon as the last coat was painted at 6:33pm they ran me out the door with wet nails saying "I told you we close at 6:30 and now we pay overtime and have to drive an hour home." Overtime? That's a joke I bring my own dazzle dry polish that tries in exactly 5 minutes flat and pay cash. I was out the door at 6:38pm Rude owners!!! but Maria did a nice job on my toes but I will never go back here after being treated like that. Shame on you

If I can give this place zero stars I will. the owner grace is a Miserable B**** . she got some balls too . And her husband has a puss face on 24 / 7 she was accusing people that they don't tip , she had the audacity to say my grandmother has not tipped the past 2 times when she always does , tiping is courtesy it's not mandatory . I am in a tipping industry I am a hairdresser I have never once called up my clients or chased them out the door saying they didn't tip because if I did that I would loose people , does she have a sign in her place saying tipping is mandatory to all nail technicians ?? No she doesn't , I should call the bored of health on this s*** place with her nasty f****** roaches going around in the waxing room and bathroom , and mice s*** in the corners . Grace you are nothing but a rotten b**** ! And I'm glad to put this on yelp since you can't take down these reviews . F*** you and your husband Paul .

I went in there today and I was really shocked on how much it was and how fast I was done I got a full set and gel and it only cost 45 dollars it will forever be my go to spot

Came in as a walk in and the workers didn’t have a voice they kept asking the owner what to do. Not even ti put on a simple mail they could do. Didn’t even get greeted by anyone. Rude and not reliable.

I visited for the 1st time and I will NOT be back. I was rushed as you can tell from the job done (notice middle & ring finger nails were filed completely crooked). I got a gel manicure & my nail beds were destroyed, the woman used some sort of tool to scrape off any bit of my last gel & my healthy nail beds - a tool comparable to what you would use to carve clay. My nails are now bendy & and the gel manicure has not even lasted 4 days w/ bubbles & cracks in the gel. I have also never received a gel treatment where I wasn't asked to wash my hands after from the chemicals to ensure the color stays, they didn't ask me too. I'm so disappointed, for $35 I have received treatments that can last 4 weeks+. Not to mention it's so dark in there they can't even see what they are doing, the tools were not sanitized from person to person and the towels were cold.

I can't return to Grace Nail and Spa. Cons: Your appointment means very little...I have had to wait with every appointment. Paul's grumpy and miserable attitude has made it is a displeasure to go there to relax! He seems like he doesn't want to be there and carries on over a mistake he made. The last time that I was there, I decided I won't be returning based on his grumpy personality. Pros: I find any other tech to be just fine and enjoy the work of anyone I have used prior- with exception to him.

Love this place! They are so professional. I went to get a full nail set of acrylic nail at a different location and they really messed up my nails. I came here to grace nails and they professionally fix all my issues. The pedicure spa was super relaxing. They definitely have me as a loyal customer from now on.
