Fair labor rate, experts on vw or any europen vehicles for the matter I rather bring my vehicle here than metioquer work from dealerships..

I'm trying to take my Audi here, and while I'd love to use a place which specializes in this type of foreign automobile: they DON'T answer the phone (ever from what I can tell!), they DON'T return voicemail messages and they're NOT OPEN on Friday's. Trying to do business with this place is next to impossible!

Have been going to Chris and John for years for my VW 's. Totally honest and priced below our local VW dealer who are rip-offs anyway. They are way more capable than the shop techs at VW. They diagnosed a warranty sludge problem that the dealer could not figure out. So easy to work with. VW dealer makes it seem like they are doing you a favor just to make an appointment. Never buying a new VW again. Just buy used and, let these guys take it from there. Chris even found a problem deep in my dashboard that his mechanic (no longer there) from 4 years ago did not do right. I would never have known if Chris did not bring it up and he fixed it no charge.

Great place the owner seems very honest, took care of the issues on my car. Only reason why I gave it three stars was because they are a little expensive you'll be paying almost dealer prices to have your car worked on. But you get good quality work

Been using them for years. Real car guys who know Audi's and VW's, including specialty cars like allroads and VW Campers. Rates are in line and fair. They do not add on unnecessary parts and labor. Highly recommended. Wish they would add on Porsches.

Chris knows his stuff! He specializes in VW's and Audis, my daughter owns a Jetta, but I will call him for other work. He's a 35 minute drive, buy my go to retired. SO well worth it!
