No matter what time you go in to pick up a prescription it takes 15 minutesAT LEAST! I’m thinking about switching pharmacies.

I go out of my way to go to this Rite Aid pharmacy. It’s rarely busy and the staff is amazing. I prefer this Rite Aid than the CVS and Walgreens around the corner from our home. Highly recommend coming here if you’re not happy with your current pharmacy.
Conveniently located next to a United States Post Office, hardware store, and plenty of parking!

Completely disappointing pharmacist staff who doesn’t have the time to look up at patients, greet them hello or provide consultation on an OTC product that may helpful for something as simple as an ear ache. ATTN: Corporate train the staff that was working 6/30 @ 4pm.

The cleanest and well kept store I have ever been. I have been a janitor in many stores and hospitals as these jobs helped me attend college and university.

I spent $60 worth of items, to have all my contents fitted into a small paper bag that ripped upon picking it up. I asked if I can be spared an extra bag, and was told no, they are limited. I just spent $60 in the store and you can’t spare me a 5 cent bag??? Ridicules!

The store is OK and never seems busy but the pharmacy is a nightmare. The pharmacist is unpleasant and not clear. Rite aid states on their site that they accept Medicare parts A & B fir vaccines, they also post in the stores and in their site that they will give a free vaccine if the insurance doesn't cover it. That is not true! I made an appointment and got a confirmation number and said I was all set. When I got there I was told they don't take Medicare and the vaccine is not free! Place looks pretty dirty by the pharmacy so maybe it was a blessing.
