“VIP Customer Service
Mahopac has Always been a great, safe, Clean and customer focused Storage Facility.
Whether new or long time renter, you are give the best service.
Morten is always ready to help with any questions you have and ALWAYS with a smile.
Once I saw a new face and wanted to say hello. He was very kind and easy going. I later found out it was the District Manager Alex. I told Erica (we miss her) that is the kind of DM I like, one who does not need to announce his title; instead is comfortable enough to allow his well trained associates to do the job. I respect that.
Which told me, this must be a great place to work because if a DM and give support and let his people shine then what a testament that is to the entire PS organization.
Thank you Morten & Alex for Always giving us your best.
Grace & Peace
D. Valerie”
