“Ran in today because I fried my memory board and needed a laptop ASAP. Jess came over to greet me and helped answer all my questions. She and Ron were super helpful getting me checked out and with the in store set up, the tech had my computer done in about 4 hours. (Faster than they quoted)Big thanks to them for getting me back online!”

“Great store. I used for a number of mailings, and whether it was overnighting perishables to packing and guaranteed delivery, services met all expectations. Staff were always helpful and professional. Wait times were never excessive.”

“We went there this past Saturday for two passports (by appointment) and Kim as well as the other person on staff (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) were absolutely wonderful. They made the process quick and easy and an overall great experience. That location is very pleasant to go to, and would recommend for passports. Thanks again to Kim for all your help.”

“Once again, the service bureau/print service team comes through with flying colors! I walk in with my (always complicated) print project - and Danny and Shay solve it, get it back to me in two hours, and figure out a way for me save some money on it! Can't say enough good things about this team!!”

“Post office workers were nice and the facilities were clean, but an old lady customer stole my brand new packing tape while my back was turned. I know it was an old lady because there were only two of us in the post office when it happened. I just wanted to note that I'm very disappointed in her, in the off chance she sees this review.”

“Great service today helping me with my passport application. April and other staff helped answer all my questions even checking over my application. Never had a issue since I moved to Red Hook 46 years ago.”

“This is the Catskill Post Office. It's a big old building, built before Stamps.com and Amazon and FedEx, and it looks and feels important. If you're a young'un, and you were born after Stamps.com and Amazon and FedEx, a post office is where you used to have to go to send and receive packages, which you can still do today! Amazing, isn't it? You can also buy stamps, get money orders, apply for a passport, keep a PO box, send in safe and secure mail-in ballots to exercise your right to participate in a free and fair democracy, and more. Personally, I sent a box of old baby clothes to a cousin, and the folks behind the counter were efficient and helpful, and a credit to the fine organization that is the USPS. (No thanks to Postmaster General DeJoy, who we will hopefully see gone shortly.)”

“Great little post office in Glasco! My wife an I had to get a PO box when we got our first apartment, because they did not deliver mail to our address! The one good thing is we didn't have to pay for a box (as long as you get the smallest box), as long as you have proof of residency! The workers in their are super friendly and helpful when we came in! The only negative I have is there were no after hour access like other post offices have sometimes for box holders. It was an inconvenience at times and many times we were only to get mail on Saturdays! That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars”
