“I have to give these guys 5 stars. We ordered tires from Wal-Mart and made the appointment to have them installed there. We got there and they could not get the lug bolts off. Apparently, Wal-Mart is not allowed to have powerful enough equipment due to liability. This is unsettling. They suggested Lauzon's. We needed to have this done the same day. I called Lauzon's at 12:30 pm. They fit us in at 2:00 pm. They got the bolts off and new tires installed by 4:00 pm. They were understanding, throurgh, and professional. I would have paid any amount of money because we were in a pinch, but it was reasonably priced. Thank you, thank you Lauzon's!!!”
