WARNING do not buy a car from Alan Cayea at Ellis Automotiv! My wife and I ordered a 2022 Buick Enclave Avenir through Alan on October 28,2021! The car arrived at the dealership on February 28,2022! I told Alan we would pick the car up on Saturday March 5. On Thursday March 3, I went to DMV to get new plates and spent $128.50. On Friday March 4, Alan notified me and said that the running boards weren't in and he expected them the week of March 7. On Saturday March 5, my wife and I traveled 50 miles to Ellis Automotive to see the car! When we arrived, Alan was with another customer so the owner of the dealership, Jason Ellis helped us locate the car. After about 10 minute, he informed us that the car was across the street in the body shop! The right rear passenger door was off the car and was taped up to pain! Alan never told us the car had damag, which is very deceitful. We waited over 4 months for this car and now we are not buying a new damaged car. I've emailed Mary Barra, CEO of GM, and I already received a call from GM corporate office. Fritz Tobrocke
