Great truck parking and friendly staff. Quiet and price chopper supermarket across the street They accommodate truck and trailers with gravel parking across the road. Breakfast is usual bagels waffles fruits juice cereal coffee yogurt. Simple if you want a quick start of you day.

We have been coming to this Red Roof Inn for about 8 years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are very responsive to requests, and frequently, but definitely not intrusively, ask if they can do anything for us. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. If we don’t need the room serviced, but would like an extra towel, or something else from their cart(s), they are always accommodating and friendly.
I would recommend this location in a heartbeat.

Definitely would not stay there again they have Cockroaches 🪳 was laying in bed and one started crawling on me . The Guy at the front Desk all he could say was it’s rare to see them but we do have them Yuck 🤮 I will never stay there again Red Roof in Malone Ny

Reasonable priced rooms with a basic breakfast. The rooms are clean and no frills. Their isn’t a lot of soundproofing so you will hear dogs barking next door and people speaking as they walk down the hallway, but its a decent price and clean

We had to stay there one night due to flooding and were charged a very high rate. But there was nothing else available. The room above us was very loud.
