My bumper had some issues that became apparent on the highway. I initially searched for a mechanic shop, and as they were closing for the weekend, I asked them for a recommendation and they recommended Neet’s practically around the corner. I stopped in, showed them the issue and they helped me out and had me on my way in less than 30! They were very forthright and clear about what would be needed long-term, which I sincerely appreciated.

The install was supposed to take about 5 minutes, it took a little longer due to this being a brand new designed cover. “I had an emergency on a rainy day at 5 PM when I needed to change my car battery urgently. I parked at AutoZone, knowing I had to get the battery replaced to avoid further trouble. Cory (or Kory), an employee, came to help and agreed to change the battery despite the pouring rain. I tried my best to protect him and the battery, but his uniform still got soaked. I felt really bad for him, so the least I can do is leave a positive review for AutoZone and Cory. Excellent service and thank you!”
“I have been to Upstate Auto Body 3 times now, and have had excellent service and super quality work done every time. I just picked up my brand new car which needed one of the doors fixed and re-painted and it came out great. The timing promised was right on cue and the overall customer service was great. Two of the times I had to pay out of pocket but this last time I had to go through a dealer warranty and the owner of Upstate took care of all the paperwork and calls back and forth. I will only go here for all my auto-body repairs.”
