I take a controlled substance because I cannot drive safely without it. This pharmacy never has it in stock, which I can understand; however, they don’t tell customers if another local CVS might have the medication. They told me I would have to drive 15 miles to a CVS that might have it in stock. That’s dismissive and dangerous.

I had a particularly challenging experience at this pharmacy, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied. As an egg donor, I needed to pick up my birth control prescription and went to the drive-thru for convenience. I had a new insurance ID from the IVF clinic that I needed to provide. Unfortunately, the staff member at the drive-thru refused to accept it, citing insufficient time before her lunch break, despite there being only one car behind me.It was disheartening to be turned away based on a perceived lack of time, especially when I had arrived before her lunch break. The process of entering my new insurance information would have taken mere seconds. Fast forward to this morning when I called to provide the new ID information, I was again met with challenges. The staff mentioned that the phone connection was spotty, potentially hindering the communication. Despite my attempts, they insisted they were unable to use the number on the ID card, showing a lack of effort and, unfortunately, rudeness.This entire encounter has left me thoroughly frustrated. I find it perplexing how individuals with such a dismissive approach and poor customer service skills secure employment in roles that require interaction with customers. I believe there should be more consideration and effort put into customer satisfaction, even during busy times.

Was in there earlier this week and tyler really went out of his way to help me!! He is such a nice person and his willingness to help his customers is AMAZING!!!!!HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!!!!

Stupid Employees hate Christmas and said it as if I wasnt in the store four feet away, save it for your breakroom, spoiled my Christmas mood. Who does that, without class. Sad and just because you havepathic courtesy dowsnt mean you have to blare it out in the store. I was looking at printable mugs and a young employee audibly is heard saying "I hate it when customers print for Christmas" Really. I didnt print a thing there and never will go back. CVS corporate, I noticed the person's name.

They text us that a script will be ready on a certain day, go there, not ready. Drive thru says they cant check on it. They wont even turn to another person to check. Lazy, incompetent?

Horrible experience every single time I come here. If this wasn't the closest store to my house I'd absolutely go to another location. The pharmacist' at the Malta location are constantly getting my scripts wrong. The past two months have been a nightmare. They are either out of a medication and require my doctor to call in a similar medication, or have it on back order. The medication I take is for diabetes and it's alarming how much this store cannot get things right. I went to get my medication from a sister store to find out the pharmacist at Malta took out my script from the system?????Avoid this pharmacy because they could care less. They have too many customers obviously and cannot handle the work load
