JS Asphalt (initials are a coincidence:) completed full, tear-out and re-lay driveways for 2 of our family properties 9/2025. Jim the owner directly viewed both locations and considered the unique leveling required for best water drainage and durability. He gave us very fair pricing, beating 2 other quotes, was prompt, professional, and honest. He also even as the owner, was directly involved in the work aspect of the jobs too. We look forward to JS returning and performing asphalt seal coating next spring (good for 5 years). A really nice generational, local family business. Thank you JS Asphalt.

This team is professional, friendly and easy to work with. Once they knew the parameters of what we wanted, they were steadfast in getting the job done. To anyone considering hiring JS Asphalt for their driveway, do it! This company did not disappoint! The family owned business is comprised of total Pros who walked me through the job from start to finish and delivered an end result better than expected. I dealt directly with Jimmy and Jim (Father and owner), who were the exact type of folks you hope to work with when it comes to home projects/upgrades. I can’t recommend them enough. More than fair pricing, and an amazing job that is exceptional quality. The equipment they have at their disposal was also top notch — their guys knocked out the job fast! Total pro job and I can’t imagine anyway in the capital district doing a better job. Thank you again! We are so pleased with the work. Again, highly recommend to anyone!

Jim and his crew did an amazing job. When they came for an estimate visit they listened to what we wanted and gave great advice as to what we should do. When they came to replace our driveway they remembered everything that we talked about during during our estimate. Very professional, honest and clean. I would highly recommended them. Very good pricing.
