“The website and Ap can be confusing and difficult to understand or know what has or has not been accomplished. Two weeks ago I thought I placed an order but apparently didnt. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment but couldn't order a test; I drove to the lab and a very helpful nurse or lab tech quickly showed me how and later worked me into the schedule to take the needed sample! Wish I got her name to give credit. I now have the Ap, hopefully I can navigate it!”

“Jamie and Liz are amazing! I have so much anxiety and these girls are sweet, professional and fun! They put me right at ease and distracted me with their humor and stories, they have a fun feeling environment with lots of stuff to look at to take your mind off getting blood taken, I felt so relaxed with them like good friends and you know they truly care about their patients! Thanks ladies for a good experience at a place I’m never comfortable! I will be back to see you!

“I've been going here for over 2 decades. While I can't remember some of my doctors as a child-- as an adult I can confidently say Dr. Hanley is the most phenomenal doctor I've ever had. She is caring, thorough, and takes the time to truly listen to my concerns. She knows my body inside and out, understands my treatment preferences, and has never pressured me into anything I've felt uncomfortable with. Every decision is made with input from both her and I; the conversations never fall on deaf ears, which is why I trust her instincts entirely. She also understands how expensive healthcare is and has provided me with financial assistance resources. I've received responses to my portal messages at all hours... 5am, 10pm -- Dr. Hanley truly cares and has never left me feeling anxious while waiting for test results. I'm sorry others have had less than perfect experiences with their providers here, but I can't imagine going anywhere else. Saratoga Hospital Group (whether it's here or other locations, such as OBGYN) has always treated me with respect, compassion, and honesty.

“Fantastic service and extremely helpful staff. I have difficult veins to draw blood from, and the two wonderful women who work at the Saratoga LabCorp worked patiently on me for 20 minutes without losing their cool, despite the fact that my issue was causing a backup of customers in the waiting room. I really appreciated their dedication, as they could have easily told me to go home and drink a gallon of water then come back another day. They were super nice and made the situation not feel like such an ordeal. It takes a special kind of person to keep a good attitude in those moments, and both of these ladies have that rare skill.”
