I will try to list some of the pros and cons I have experienced:Con: $5 ipay monthly surcharges, occasionally unable to login most weekends due to system maintenance, wait time to speak with a representative used to be 5-10, now its 20-30 minute wait times, as they try to encourage you to use the automated teller.Pro: Pretty decent Money management tool, decent car loans and credit cards options ( although other banks may offer similar rates), awesome student banking options, they offer first time homebuyers seminars and money manegment seminars.

Terrible branch. Just trust me. Manager treated us so terribly today after 34 years as a member. Corporate does not care and apparently the branch manager does not have a boss because they would not refer me to another person for complaint. I’m looking for another bank. Recommendations?

Literally the worst SEFCU branch in the area. No matter time of day there’s always a line wrapped around into the CVS parking lot. Only 1 member manning the drive thru and they inside is now closed unless you book an appointment. Members here are typically unfriendly and uncaring.

It would be nice if they were a bit quicker. One drive thru and no entry inside... Why not have maybe 3 people pulling from the pot.

Hold time on the only phone number available is ridiculous. If the message says your hold time is 5 minutes its 15. The automated system sucks and you can never call your branch..what the!! Also the denied me a loan, my score at the credit agency says mid 6's the scoring model the use says less they are terrible... ask them how they come up with the score and how there model does it. They cant tell you, it's not a secret it's THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE!

Friendly staff, easy to work with and very accommodating. Just switched over from Keybank, I wish I had made the move years ago. Lower fees for everything from overdraft to counter checks and just an all around good experience

These people do not know what they are doing. One teller with first name that starts with M, and another desk rep whose name begins with R are incompetent and/or do not consider customers who do heavy business over d*** credit union rules, ie. Holding a personal check of $300 when you have $10,000 on deposit with them. I'm switching over thousands to my online savings account today to say to the malta branch, start treating a great customer in the way I should be treated. Enough of this B.S.
