My drive-through order was the other day at the Malta NY location. It was horrible, missing items, overcooked, worst ever. I have written 4 times, 1 here and 3 through the application, to get a refund for the $35.80 order #904116. I am disabled and just wanted to get something to eat. BOY WAS I WRONG. Honestly had mixed experiences at this location in the past. Went here recently with the fa.ily and placed a decent sized order and it was ready before we walked away from the counter to fill our drinks! Very fast prep time and the whole order was correct. Staff was friendly.

I had previously left a negative review due to poor service but it’s clear there has been a vast improvement in the last few months. It appears new management has taken over and the improvement is noticeable. Faster service and not randomly closing during peak hours for deliveries. Keep up the good work!This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It’s constantly closed when it says it’s open. They close for “deliveries” every night even though there are no trucks to be seen. Go elsewhere.

Went in to grab a chrunchwrap (Taco Bell) and pot pie (KFC). Food was ready by the time I got my change back and it was made really well. No complaints. Probably the best fast food experience I’ve had this year. Thanks!

I got the wrong order and kara the manager said they had a new person training and I told her it's okay I'm not mad I was just wondering if I could get it remade and she said it'll be a min and when I get it back and drove off i overheard her say "I hate him I hate him" even tho I wasn't upset that I got the wrong order, not the first time I had an issue with her

How can a place fail over, and over, and over again and still be in business? My mobile app order was repeatedly canceled within 2 mins of placing it. I will no longer go to pick up food here as it takes WELL OVER AN HOUR for the food to come out. This place should close if they can't improve. There is a great taco place right up the road in bspa where the food comes out in 5-10 mins and is cheaper.

I put an order in at 11:30pm & my order kept getting delayed. Eventually cancelled my order & drove there myself. When I arrived at the drive thru, they told me there was NO beef, NO chicken, NO steak. The woman was very rude after I asked her what they had available on the menu. She continued to tell me they were closing in 15 mins. No one called or notified me that the order I had placed prior wasn’t going to be available. I should’ve looked at the reviews for this taco bell before placing an order or driving here.

I love Taco Bell! Fast, inexpensive and filling. You get a lot for your dollar. I like this particular TB because it's never crowded.

I live in the area and this is unfortunately the closest taco bell to me. Longest lines…and I don’t mean the amount of cars. You can be one of only two people and it’s still a 45 minute wait. Rudest staff everytime. And the order is wrong every time. It’s about time for this location to close honestly. Rude and inattentive staff, incorrect food orders, long wait time. Today I had my whole meal missing and only noticed when I checked the bag. When I brought it to their attention that said “well we don’t have it at this location yet” and I said I understood that but why was I not told or offered anything in exchange. All they said was it’s not their fault they don’t have the product….like okay. But what about my money I just spent??? On a positive note, the only good thing about this location is the worker Kara. She is always kind and helpful anytime we have an issue ??
