i went to Verizon in Malta today and had the pleasure of having John K. help me purchase a new phone & plan. he explained everything in detail and made sure i understood & agreed to everything and also got me the best deals. It was the fastest & easiest experience i’ve had with any phone company, while setting up a new plan with Verizon. John got us in & out in about an hour! 10/10 experience!!!

Well, I don't like being in the minority, but my experience over the last 5 month has been horrible. Was told I was eligible for a promotional discount and that I'd see the credit in my bill. It did not appear after 2 billing cycles, went back and they said it would take time but to come back if I didn't see it and call customer service: went round and round with customer service to no avail. So, going back to the store for the 2nd time and they don't know anything. And was met with stern and unhelpful personnel.

It was wonderful experience working with Darrius at the Malta Verizon store we would highly recommend him. We will be back . Looking forward using our new phones .

Had such a great experience today with Ryan! He is the man. He was very helpful and personable. He was able to get me just what I needed without any issues and explained everything perfectly. Definitely recommend anyone going to the store to see Ryan, great guy!

Probably one of the least informative Verizon shops I’ve ever been to. I bought a new phone and a free - ish iPad (I was aware I’d have to pay a $10/ month line fee) - but I was told I’d have to come and pick it up in person when it was in stock. Found out - just so they could charge me $70 for SETUP. Not a word of mention of this ahead of time and absolute refusal to take the money off. I couldn’t stay for setup as my boyfriend was in the car with an ACL tear - honestly hope they fail to make their quota and have to shut down. I’d take the online service anyway over these guys.

My husband and I recently acquired new iPhones from Verizon in Malta, and I must commend Ryan Ott for his excellent service. He provided thorough explanations, demonstrated extensive knowledge, and addressed all our queries. Ryan not only assisted in the setup but also guided us in acquiring essential accessories for our new phones. We highly recommend his assistance.

Stopped by to upgrade my phone from the DuraForce Ultra 5G to the more recently released DuraForce Pro 3, a minor downgrade in some respects but overall better hardware and a far newer OS.Overall the process was simple. I called ahead to confirm they had the phone available, came in later and asked for the salesman, John, I spoke to over the phone who said he'd put one of the phones aside.We began the process of transferring the phone from my old one to the new, troubleshooting a minor issue, and overall just talking turkey about a rather niche brand of phone it is I prefer to use. The time the transfer did take was close to 40 minutes long, but there was a lounge area I could sit and wait in. Sadly, those chairs they have are very uncomfortable. Goodness.Once complete we wrapped up the process with some confirmations and checking settings on the new phone, I gave it a once over to make sure it all appeared to be running properly, and then paid for the upfront charge on the phone that included the setup. And I've been pretty happy with the phone thus far, having fully customized it and performed all the needed updates.So besides the rather back breaking chairs in the lounge I sat in, this was a positive experience. This store will lie right to your face so they can get the commission. I was lied to about getting an Xbox with getting the new WiFi from them rep at this branch told me yea you’ll be able to claim it on the app 1 month later there’s nothing to claim called Verizon they say yea it was only a online offer so me an Verizon call the branch an have a 3 way call to see they can submit a form on there end to help an they straight up said no we’re no submitting anything. They win you over with kindness an will do or say thing to make the sale and put money in there owe pocket while screwing the customer over I will never step foot in this branch again

Ryan was wonderful. He was so helpful in helping me transfer my data from my damaged phone to my new device. He was so patient and pleasant to deal with. His knowledge and efficiency was great. He is a asset to this Malta branch.

Zachary went above and beyond the call of a customer service representative. He spent a solid 4 HOURS working to transfer 4 lines from Total by Verizon to Verizon Wireless for my family. This included working with a senior citizen, and two teenagers, which was no simple task. He was pleasant, polite, and easy to converse with. His knowledge of current promotions and cost-effective solutions was admirable. It was long, but still a fantastic experience!!!! Thanks, Zach!
